Peanut Butter Biscuits

Simple. Healthy. 100% Lucie Approved.

🛒 Ingredients (only 4!!)

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (or oat flour for sensitive tummies)

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free ONLY! super important)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened/natural applesauce

  • 1 egg

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. In a bowl, mix:

    • peanut butter

    • applesauce

    • egg

  3. Slowly add flour and mix until dough forms

  4. Roll out dough (about 1/4 inch thick)

  5. Use bone-shaped cookie cutters (obviously 🐾)

  6. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper

  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes (until golden)

  8. Let cool completely before serving

  • Fridge: up to 2 weeks

  • Freezer: up to 3 months
