Peanut Butter Biscuits
Simple. Healthy. 100% Lucie Approved.
🛒 Ingredients (only 4!!)
2 cups whole wheat flour (or oat flour for sensitive tummies)
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free ONLY! super important)
1/2 cup unsweetened/natural applesauce
1 egg
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a bowl, mix:
peanut butter
applesauce
egg
Slowly add flour and mix until dough forms
Roll out dough (about 1/4 inch thick)
Use bone-shaped cookie cutters (obviously 🐾)
Place on baking sheet with parchment paper
Bake for 18–20 minutes (until golden)
Let cool completely before serving
